Yesterday was spent 'messing', fine-tuning my Zu Audio DL103R. Compared to the 'old' Essence, my ModWright Sony 9100 CDP was a very close second versus my audiomeca Romance TT. Today my CDP sounds broken. I surfed the net last night about the Essence and found two separate references that Zu's Essence sounds like Surround sound.
