Answer NSILMike Replied on February 14, 2012 That model zune has been out of production for several years... if you can get it repaired, it's likely that rapidrepair.com or pdasmart.com could do it. I suspect you will have to buy more than the jack. It's likely soldered to the main board, thus you'd have to get the whole board replaced.
